- Represented D Corporation in connection with alleged violation of the Punishment of Tax Offenses Act
- Represented management of H Corporation in a case involving alleged breach of fiduciary duties
- Represented H Corporation in filing a criminal complaint involving allegations of infringement of trade secrets
- Represented a major financing company against alleged violation of the Act on Registration of Credit Business, etc. and Protection of Finance Users
- Advised an asset management company regarding alleged violation of the Attorney-at-Law Act
- Represented K Corporation in a case involving alleged bribery and violation of construction law
- Defended the Chairman of K Group during the investigation by public prosecutors in an alleged breach of trust case (no charge was filed after the investigation)
- Represented the Chairman of L Group and 20 Presidents of L Group companies during the investigation by public prosecutors in an alleged breach of trust case (no charge was filed after the investigation)
- Defended top management of S Group during criminal investigation and subsequent trials against allegations of embezzlement and other acts
- Defended Dr. Hwang Woo-Suk against charges for fraud and embezzlement in relation with his published articles on human embryonic stem cells (found not guilty on the charge of fraud)
