- Valeo: Represented Valeo Electronic Equipment in a landmark case regarding its invalidity claim of the labor union’s general meeting resolution
- Kolon: Represented Kolon Industries in a civil case filed by its workers over computation of ordinary wages
- Kolon: Represented Kolon Corporation in a controversial case of alleged unfair termination of the labor union representative
- SK: Represented SK Energy in a civil case over alleged unfair job transfer and unpaid wages
- Knorr-Bremse: Represented Knorr-Bremse Korea in a civil case of unfair termination of employment
- IPTV: Represented an IPTV operator in its claims for damages arising from alleged collusion among five MSOs
- Telecom company: Secured provisional attachment on insurance proceeds from multiple claims on loss of handsets
- Hanaro: Represented Hanaro Telecom (currently SK Broadband) in its claims against CJ Group for damages arising from violation of anti-competition obligations
- Conglomerate: Represented a conglomerate company in a civil case over its 150 sales persons' claims for return of unjust enrichment
- Kolon: Represented Kolon Corporation in its claims against Samil PwC for damages arising from negligent audit
- Oil refinery company: Defended an oil refinery company in a civil case over asbestos claims by family members of a deceased employee
