Tae-Yong Kim is Chair of HwaHyun’s General Corporate Group. His practice covers a wide range of General Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions, Finance & Securities, Construction & Real Estate, Technology Media & Telecoms, International Litigation & Arbitration, and Civil & Administrative Litigation. Prior to joining HwaHyun as Senior Partner in 2013, he served as General Counsel for Hanhwa Group, overseeing the entire legal affairs of one of the biggest conglomerate groups in Korea. He also served as a judge in district and high courts in Korea for more than 10 years.
