Yun-Kyung O is Chair of HwaHyun’s Intellectual Property and Technology practice. She has practiced law at the firm since her graduation from the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court in 2001. She has actively involved in the public sector by serving as legal advisor to Korea Institute of Science and Technology (KIST), and as each member of the Administrative Appeals Commission, the Statutory Interpretation Deliberation Committee, and the Legislative Research Services of the National Assembly (Intellectual Property). She holds a LL.M in Intellectual Property Law from the George Washington University Law School.
