From 2011 to 2016, Ms. Lee garnered a diverse range of experiences in the finance and pharmaceutical bio sectors while working at Bae, Kim & Lee. During her tenure, she primarily provided counsel on initial public offerings (IPOs), capital markets, funds, and capital market law.
Subsequently, she transitioned to the legal teams of LG Life Sciences and LG Chem, where her responsibilities included negotiating and reviewing licensing and collaborative research agreements, offering guidance on M&A transactions, fair competition regulations and rebates, and overseeing privacy compliance matters.
