Sung-Ryul Park holds the position of Senior Partner and serves as the Chair of HwaHyun’s General Corporate and Finance & Securities Groups. Since joining the firm in 2004, Mr. Park has dedicated his practice to crisis management. One of his primarily roles involves conducting assessments and providing advisory services to companies to ascertain the presence of any instances of illegal collusion and other unfair trade practices, and offering expert guidance and defense services when such cases arise. Furthermore, he regularly advises and represents clients in civil and criminal cases related to construction and real estate projects. Right after his graduation from the Judicial Research and Training Institute in 2001, he served as a Judicial Officer for three years at the Korea Legal Aid Corporation.
