Jeong-Kyu Han joined HwaHyun in 2024 and focuses on civil, criminal, and administrative litigation. He began his judicial career in 1991 as a judge at the Seoul Civil District Court and held various positions across different courts and the Constitutional Court until retiring in 2011 as the presiding judge of the Seoul Central District Court. From 2011 to 2024, he was a partner at Lee & Ko, where he accumulated extensive experience in finance, insurance, construction, and product liability, among other areas.
