In-Youb Kang is Chair of HwaHyun’s Tax & Customs Group and a member of the firm’s Construction & Real Estate and Civil & Administration Litigation Groups. Since he joined HwaHyun in 2007, he has concentrated his practice in the areas of tax & customs, real estate, and construction. He represents clients in all stages of tax controversy proceedings, including tax investigation and audit, administrative appeal, and trial and appellate procedures. In addition, he counsels clients on all legal aspects of construction projects and also litigates disputes related to construction and real estate development.
