  • Negotiated and drafted various documents in relation to Turner’s and Time Warner’s investment in Orion Group companies
  • Led complex M&A transactions, including acquisition of a sports betting company and a Multiple System Operators (MSO) in the cable TV industry.
  • Advised on development of various compliance tools, including compliance program website, contracts management system, and advance notice system of interaction with competitors
