Yeo-Won Lee’s professional journey has been marked by notable achievements and contributions to the legal field. During her tenure at Bae, Kim & Lee from 2011 to 2016, Ms. Lee focused on initial public offerings (IPOs), capital markets, funds, and capital market law, earning recognition as a “Promising Lawyer” in the field of IPO by The Korea Economic Daily in 2015.

Subsequently, Ms. Lee expanded her horizons by joining the legal teams of LG Life Sciences and LG Chem. In these roles, she played a pivotal role in negotiating and reviewing licensing and collaborative research agreements, providing guidance on M&A transactions, fair competition regulations and rebates, and overseeing privacy compliance matters.
